Terror paronoia
what really sadens me is that we are now 16 days before the Opening Ceremony and most of the mentions of Olympics on the international press have to do with security and how many soldiers, missiles and planes are deployed.
No mention of sportsmanship and athletic competition.
On a funnier (?) note, the Zeppelin -Vlepelin (Vlepe= see in Greek) showed up again this morning above my home. It is no surprise since I am 1.5-2 km from the main Olympic complex. Its engines make a very distinct droning noise.
